Pledgemanager Launched!

Olympians, we have exciting news – we’ve started to roll out our backer support program, PledgeManager! If you backed the Kickstarter Campaign during its initial run from July 11th through August 10th, you will receive an email at the email address you signed up for on Kickstarter between now and next Friday (10/27), prompting you to sign up for PledgeManager!

Additionally, for anyone who missed the chance to pledge during the initial campaign, the option to late pledge is now available! Please read the full post for details!

Existing Backers

The following steps are for those who have already pledged during the Kickstarter campaign and need to select their rewards. Please read the detailed steps below regarding how to setup your account and choose rewards!

Additionally, if you have purchased add ons as part of the Kickstarter campaign, please read below as there are important steps for you to do!

Step 1 – Landing Page

• View your currently pledged tier & update your country of residence, then click next!

Step 2 – Upgrade your Tier:

• If eligible, your tier can be upgraded to a higher pledge level of your choice!

 

Step 3 – Choose Rewards!

• Select your choices of rewards, such as game platform, keychain or standee of choice, etc.

Step 4 – Purchase Add-Ons!

• Purchase any additional add-ons you’d like to include in your pledge!
• IMPORTANT NOTE – If you purchased any Add-ons during the Kickstarter Campaign, you will need to add them to your cart at this time. You will not be charged again for these addons, as there is an existing credit on your account. If you do not add your Add-ons that you have purchased during the campaign, you will see a credit on your account at the end and will not be able to proceed.

Step 5 – Enter Shipping Address!

• Input your shipping address for your physical goods!

 

Step 6 – Order Summary

• Review your order and enter your payment information for shipping, tax, or any additional items!
• If you are entitled to digital rewards such as the Alumni or Valedictorian Rewards, your download link will be emailed to you within one week of filling out the survey!

Please Note – These selections are for future shipping. These items are still being made and are not manufactured or ready to ship yet. We will send everyone a notice when manufacturing and shipping is complete.

Late Pledges

Additionally, the launch of PledgeManager allows anyone who missed the initial Kickstarter Campaign to pledge in many of the previously available tiers! Follow the link below to get the process started:

Support & Assistance

We’ve gathered a couple of common questions here for quick referral and easy reference for anyone who might need help!

• Question 1 – I didn’t receive my email! What gives?
  • PledgeManager is rolling out over the next week. If you have not received an email by Friday, October 27^th, please check your spam and junk folder to make sure it did not get lost. If you use gmail, sometimes the email will go under the “Promotions” tab. If you still can’t find the email, please contact our support and we’ll assist you!
• Question 2 – My pledge isn’t right – What happened?
  • If your pledge isn’t properly reflecting your purchase on Kickstarter, please submit a support request at the following link: https://blits-games.pledgemanager.com/projects/jock-studio/
• Question 3 – Can I change my shipping address?
  • Yes! If you need to change your shipping address, log in to Pledgemanager and you can change addresses at any time before items ship. Please note that changing countries may affect shipping costs, however.
• Question 4 – Can I remove items from my pledge?
  • If you wish to not receive items from your pledge, email our support and we will take them off of your pledge!
• Question 5 – Where are my addons I purchased on Kickstarter? And why do I have a credit?
  • As mentioned in the message above, if you purchased any add-ons during the Kickstarter campaign, you will need to re-add them to your cart now! The credit on your account will be used to pay for them, and you will not be charged again!
• Question 6 – Where are my digital rewards?
  • If you were eligible for digital rewards such as a BLits digital library product, a download link will be emailed to you within one week of your PledgeManager submission! Digital Body Pillow artwork will be sent at a slightly later date, please stay tuned for an announcement later!
