Shipping Options for Pillow Cases
- No-Rush Shipping (4-6 weeks after manufacturing) – 10 or 15 USD depending on country (+5 per additional pillow case)
- Normal Shipping (up to 2 weeks after manufacturing) – 15 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 80 USD depending on country (+10 or 20 USD per additional pillow case)
Shipping for Inner Pillows
- Normal Shipping (up to 2 weeks after order) – 30 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 120 / 150 USD per item depending on country
Product/Shipping costs may vary by country/region. Shipping may also vary if you order multiple items with similar/different shipping options.
Due to the pandemic, please also be informed that prices shown above may be subject to change.
As we mentioned in our previous post, once you have placed an order for the pillow case, it will go into a queue on our back-end, and all orders placed before the 1st of the incoming month (Batch A) and 15th of the current month (Batch B) will be sent to the manufacturer respectively. After the manufacturer has completed making an order batch of products, they will begin to be shipped to your home!

Hi guys. It seems the shipping estimates by checkout are not set OK. When I chose my country (Slovak republic), there is shipping costs around 900 EUR for the no rush method. This method has VAT charge, but normal method has not. This is not OK, right? VAT is related to country, not the shipping method, so it should be with or without charge by both methods I guess. Can you check this, please? Thank you

I checked into the available shipping options for you, and I would suggest you choose the standard shipping option – due to the options available for shipping to SK, this is the cheapest solution we’re able to offer!
Hi Magnus and thank you for reply. I wanted to pick the normal method, but I am not look for the cheapest way, I like to go with the safer choice. Is the method trackable? I am not sure if you offer the normal method for my country, because it give me the price around 13 Eur what is under the start price you announced. When I change to Austria (our neighbour country) this price is for no rush method and normal cost around 35 Eur. Is it possible you don´t have the normal shipping for Slovakia and that´s why I see the cheaper price? I mean it looks like I can pick the normal method, but according the price I go with the non rush, so i guess the shipping would be slower. I am not sure if it´s safe enough, for the price around 13 Eur I think it´s the slower method anyway, even when it´s under the other title.
Our options are different for each country based on what our shipment provider offers us – the speed and method varies from place to place.The standard option for Slovakia is through Airmail which can indeed take a few weeks.. The other option for Slovakia is through DHL which can cost about 40 euro but usually delivers within a week or so.. Hi Magnus. What happened? I sent few e-mails, i received already the answer the dhl price has been updated, but I am still not able to finish the order. The shipping price is around 890 eur.
