BLits Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital game studio producing original, fictional narrative games. All content distributed by BLits Games is digital, fictional, and created internally. We do not permit user-generated content, third-party uploads, or community submissions of any kind.

1. 2257 Exemption Statement

All visual and written content produced and distributed by BLits Games is fully exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75.

  • All characters depicted in our games and promotional materials are entirely fictional.
  • No real persons are depicted in any sexual or explicit manner.
  • No photography, video recordings, live-action footage, or likenesses of real individuals are used.
  • All characters depicted are represented as being 18 years of age or older.

Because our content consists exclusively of fictional illustrations, rendered artwork, and written narratives, BLits Games is exempt under 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c).

2. Complaints Policy

BLits Games takes content concerns seriously and provides a clear process for submitting complaints.

  • • All content distributed by BLits Games depicts fictional characters only, all of whom are intended to be 18 years of age or older.
  • We do not host or distribute user-generated or third-party content.

3. Content Removal Policy

BLits Games retains full control over all content distributed on its platforms.

  • Because we do not allow user uploads or third-party content, all content removal decisions are handled internally.
  • If content is found to be non-compliant with applicable laws, regulations, or payment processor requirements, we will remove or modify such content promptly.
  • Content may also be removed or altered at our discretion for business, legal, or compliance reasons.

4. Anti-Trafficking Policy

BLits Games has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse.

  • Our content is entirely fictional and does not involve real people, models, actors, or performers.
  • We do not engage in, promote, facilitate, or profit from human trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form.
  • We do not permit third-party submissions, live interactions, or user-generated content that could be used for exploitation.
  • Any indication of real-world abuse, coercion, or trafficking associated with our services will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
